Not sure how healthy the blue capsule can be
I like what’s in the capsules, but I’m not sure how healthy the capsule is for me. It’s really thick and dark BLUE in color! That feels very unnatural and hard to breakdown in my body.They are quite large so if pills are hard to swallow, these may not be for you. I have not noticed any taste or aftertaste and they don’t bother my stomach.

Nice…but a bit large in size…
I like the components of these High Level Science Omega 3 capsules. These capsules are a bit on the large side for me though. I for one have to single them out and swallow by itself. That said, I experience no aftertaste with these.

I think it’s a lot for what you get. The quality seems to be pretty good. However, it’s easy enough to get these supplements on their own and perhaps for less. Nonetheless, it’s a good quality supplement.

Easy to swallow, no burp or fishy aftertaste
The high-level Omega 3, CQ10 and Vitamin E capsules arrived in a well packaged container with no damage noticed. The expiration date is well in the future without worry of being able to take the entire container before it expires. The is no weird, strong smell to the capsules upon opening however, the capsules themselves are very dark in color. The size of the capsules are normal to me as regular Omega 3 capsules come in as I am used to taking daily. The soft gels’ black color and large size might seem daunting, yet they are surprisingly easy to swallow with water. I really dislike Omega 3 supplements that have a fishy smell, taste or burp, which I find repulsive. and off putting. Fortunately, these soft gels are completely neutral, and I experience no unpleasant ‘fishy burps,’ despite containing fish oil. I have been taking these supplements in the morning every day for the past week and a half and currently trying to figure out if they are the reason I am nauseous in the morning so I will update my review as the usage continues. I have taken these capsules with and without food, without food is worse so I recommend eating something or having something on your stomach at least. I may switch to taking at night instead of the morning to see if that helps my personal reaction. Overall, I am pleased with the quality and the ingredients and the nutritional value, I just need to work out the timing of intake for me personally.

Good source of omega-3
Wanted to add a supplement for omega-3 and decided to give these a try. Good thing is there is no fishy taste or aftertaste at all. The pills themselves are a bit on the large side so if you have problems taking pills this may not be the pill for you. But otherwise seems to do a great job.

I like that these are a combination of omega 3 and CoQ10. I take both supplements separately and I like how companies are starting to combine the two together. Interesting they are black in color. May be off putting to some..

I Had A Bad Experience
I was very hopeful to get this product because of the CoQ10 and Omega 3 supplements. However, my body was not as excited about it. As with all supplements read the labels and make sure you are not taking something that may react adversely or give you too much of something. I did and found that I had to stop taking my iron pills as this does already has something similar. What I can’t seem to figure out is what happened to my skin. Well, more particularly my lip. It began to dry and crack. I do bite my lip as a kind of tick. This was far beyond it. None of the damage would heal. Then small holes began to open as if sores had formed and then peeled off. Again, nothing eased the pain or stopped the damage. I stopped taking it less than a week ago and continued applying just over the counter items and it already has made a very noticeable improvement.
