I’ve gotten a random single now and then where a spool isn’t right, you might have the thread cut or something but as a whole I am so very pleased and will continue buying this brand.Works wonderfully in my brother PE 800 embroidery machine.

Great thread at a great price!
I purchased a Brother NQ1700E early in 2022 and was told at the sewing store to NOT use knockoff brands because they would not work with the machine. I have a Pfaff sewing machine that does not work with knockoff brands (I tried a few!), so I was planning to follow their advice. However, once I realized that I wanted to buy a full set of colors and how that would have been many hundreds of dollars with the name brand threads, I decided to try Simthread. I AM SO GLAD I DID! I have embroidered almost a million stitches on my machine, the majority using Simthread, and have not had a single issue. Cotton, towels, blankets, clothes, fleece, etc. No breakage or lint, no weird messages from my machine. I will continue buying Simthread in the future – great product and a fraction of the cost of the name brands.

Arrived on time
My order arrived quickly and was exactly what I’d ordered. I was disappointed in the lack of a snap bottom on each spool. I love the colors and would have enjoyed a way to keep the threads from come off of the spool. There are lots of colors and shades, should have fun with this selection.

Great colors for embroidery at a great price
I embroider a lot on a Pfaff Creative Vision 5.0. It can sew quite large and very nice pieces. Having a great selection of colors makes it easier to select and put together a beautiful embroidery piece. Some of the spools seem like the thread is a little thinner than others. Also notice that the thread is not always wound on the spool well. It will hang up as it is being pulled through the tensioners clear back at the spool causing it to jump when the spool releases the thread where it is apparently knotted or something. This can cause some issues so you have to keep a close eye on it while sewing. But overall I love Simthread product and use their thread almost exclusively as it is well priced and of decent quality.

Reliability & great price
I was in the middle of a project and ran out of my Simthread yellow. Since the 120 set was $10 off I decided to order that set. Simthread is my go to thread for appearance and reliability.I was excited that my delivery arrived early and I could complete my project…I loaded it immediately and it did the satin stitch beautifully with no issues and looks great.I go to Amazon and select Simthread for all my machine embroidery needs.If I can, I will come back and add a quick video

Simthread quality and price sold me.
I have less breakage with Simthread than I did with the big name larger Prices name brands. The colors are beautiful too! I have gotten myself organized with thread racks and I have several different brands and I’ve found Simthread is above any other brand. The cost is substantially less than the name brands that you pay twice as much or more. I really think this is going to be my go to brand for embroidery. I have the Brother PE550D, THE SE 1900, THE STELLAIRE INNOVIS XJ2, PRS100. The spools have been evenly wound no problems with tangles. Works well in my machines.

The color selection is useful, beautiful
I was new to the hobby and bought this collection for my Brother PE800 2 years ago and I believe that Simthread has changed the packaging somewhat in the meantime. This brand was more variable than New Brothread when I bought it. Sometimes the thread would be wrapped the other direction on a spool, and it was more likely to come off the spool in a big mess. But the colors fill big gaps in the color palette. I like to stitch stuff from Urban Threads and Embroidery library, and they use a Madeira palette.What has happened is I got used to the Simthread spools and just got better at handling these slippery silky embroidery type threads in general. I will continue to buy this brand. And from reading comments from the manufacturer, some of the little gripes I had have been fixed, perhaps all of them.There is a learning curve on these embroidery machines. I can only speak for the Brother PE800, but if there is a lot of thread breakage going on, there is something not right with the machine setup (wrong needle, the thread is catching on the spool, there’s a bobbin problem etc) because this thread is great.

WOW these threads are AWESOME!! The thread stitches beautifully! Absolutely no breakage whatsoever, and stitches out like a dream! I have used them on felt, vinyl, and cotton fabric on my Brother750e machine and they all came out fantastic! The selection of colours are wonderful!
